William Benton has served as Chair of the Bixby Library Board of Trustees and was a founding member and President of the Vergennes Partnership, Inc. Bill served on the Vergennes City Council and was elected to two terms as mayor of the city of Vergennes. Kristin Benton formerly owned Hollyhocks Flowers in Vergennes and has served on many volunteer organizations. We also believe in shopping locally whenever possible.
